Aluminium DonutsAluminium Donuts
Designed for custom fabrication of intake manifolds and intercooler pipes.
Our aluminium donuts enable a fabricator to form very tight radius bends which are simply impossible to form with a mandrel tubebender.
The aluminium donuts can be cut at any degree of bend up to 180°.
Each donut is spun in 1.5mm aluminium and is supplied in two halves ready for welding.
Centre Line Radius 0.75:1.
Sizes available: 51mm (2"), 63mm (2 ½") and 76mm (3")

Designed to work in conjunction with our aluminium donuts
or in many other applications where a hose connection is required such as; inlets/outlets for intakemanifolds or a fuel filler neck.
Manufactured 63mm long in 1.5mm aluminium with a swage on one end for positive hose connection.
Sizes available: 51mm (2"), 63mm (2 ½") and 76mm (3")

Each reducer steps down in three increments, with each diameter.
Each section is 40mm in length.
End sections can easily be removed if a two step reducer is required.

A range of aluminium reducers ideal for connecting air systems including ducting, filters and intercoolers.
Suitable for welding or can be used as they are.
Each reducer has a wall thickness of 1.3mm and measures 80mm in length with flange lengths of 30mm each end.

Available in 17 reduction sizes.
